Andrea Lee Valentin,CFE, CAMS

Andrea Valentin has over 18 years experience in the financial services industry and is currently the Prepaid Director of the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) at US Bank/FSV Payment Systems, Inc. in Jacksonville where she oversees the divisions’ fraud management, bank relations/program management and operational compliance quality assurance, and BSA/AML compliance teams. She has a BA in accounting from the University of Central Florida and a MBA in Economic Crime and Fraud Management from Utica College. Andrea’s case, Small Town Boys, appears in Joseph Wells’ “Internet Fraud Casebook: The World Wide Web of Deceit”.

Joy Bossardet, CFE

Joy Bossardet has over 6 years experience investigating corporate, charity, and intellectual property fraud, and is currently the Brand Specialist for Wounded Warrior Project. Previously, Joy worked for Interline Brands as a Fraud Analyst. She attended University of North Florida, studying journalism and communications, and received her AA from Florida State College at Jacksonville, where she is recently obtained her BAS in Public Safety Management. In 2013, Joy was a contributing writer for Unreality Magazine, and co-founded Watchword Communication/The Writers Core, a professional communications firm specializing in grant proposals for small business. Joy obtained her CFE designation in 2016, and is experienced in intellectual property management, public relations, and social media management.

Amanda Graef, CFCS

Amanda Graef has 7 years of experience in the financial service industry and is currently a Fraud Prevention Analyst for US Bank’s Prepaid Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). She currently supervises the Fraud Operations team where she manages fraud prevention and detection programs, neural network rules and cases, country blocking, and monitoring of the Automatic Number Identification (ANI) fraud module databases. She has a BA in Supervision and Management with a concentration in Accounting from Daytona State College and an MBA in Forensic Accounting from New England College.

Sara Coppage

Sara Coppage has achieved 9 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 3 years of experience in the area of fraud detection and investigation. She is currently a Senior Investigator for the Prepaid Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) at US Bank/FSV Payment Systems, where she reviews account activity, investigates fraud trends, and serves as a general knowledge resource for the Investigations team. Outside of business hours, she is a freelance writer of short fiction. Sara has a BA in Religion Studies with a minor in History from the University of Florida. She aims to achieve a CFE certification and a CFCS certification in 2018.

Deshietha Partee-Grier, CFE

Deshietha (Dee) Partee-Grier is an Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Bank in the Financial Crime Investigations Unit combating international money laundering via correspondent banking.  She has managed teams in the Fraud & AML sector for Deutsche Bank, VyStar Credit Union, and U.S. Bank involving strategic planning, compliance application & adherence, analytics, claims, transaction monitoring, and investigations. She started her career in the financial services industry in 2009 at JPMorgan Chase in mortgage banking and transitioned to fighting financial crime at U.S. Bank in 2015.

Dee attended Spelman College & The Ohio State University, and has a B.A. in Economics.  She remains very passionate about youth and the community, and is a mentor through Take Stock in Children and The United Way.  She is also a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), the local Fraud Prevention Associations (FPA), Toastmasters and numerous other professional organizations.  In her personal time Dee enjoys the lovely Florida life with her husband Trey and their exuberant, active children.

Lolita M. Williams Lockett

Lolita is an Internal Auditor with the Duval County Public Schools and an Adjunct Professor at Florida State College at Jacksonville. In 2007 she was awarded the Adjunct Professor of the Year for Excellence in Teaching and Dedication to Student Success. She earned a BBA degree in Organizational Management, an MBA in Accounting and an MS degree in Finance with high honors. Currently she is pursuing a doctorate degree in business administration with an emphasis in fraud. Lolita is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, and the Association of Local Government Auditors. She has over 32 years of diverse experience in business administration and accounting. She has been a member with ACFE since 2007, and is currently studying for the CFE certification.

Ms. Lockett is also a Certified U.S.A. Track & Field Coach and is a long distance runner. She participates in local and out of town races (marathons, half marathons, 5ks, etc.). During her free time, Lolita is an avid reader and is learning to speak Spanish as a second language. Lolita is a member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma society, raising funds and awareness of blood cancer. She is also, an advocate and supporter for great causes such as Breast Cancer, American Heart Association,  and the American Lung association, just to name a few. Lolita loves her profession and is dedicated to her career. The Christmas holiday season is her favorite time of the year, which she spends with family and friends. Her sister is her BFF and a breast cancer survivor. Lolita currently resides in Jacksonville, FL and can be contacted at lmlockett@aol.com.
