The demographics of the modern workplace are very different from those of the past. For the first time in history, five generations are working together, the most age-diverse workforce of all time. With five different generations in the workplace, changing ethics, priorities, skills and values require leaders and practitioners to rethink how to effectively and efficiently lead and manage resources. Employee fraud and theft is an area of concern. It has infiltrated all facets of today’s business environment. These fraudulent activities can have both direct and indirect costs that negatively impact the organizations bottom-line. This workshop is designed to highlight key factors that will help you address current fraudulent activity as well as reduce future occurrences.
This session will help leaders and practitioners:
- Identify the five generations in today’s workplace and how they relate to fraud
- Understand the enabling aspects that encourage fraud and theft in a multigenerational workplace
- Explore the impacts and costs associated with employee fraud and theft
- Discuss fraud prevention trends and learn practical tips to help you navigate the workplace, today, tomorrow and beyond
