Ajay’s IT journey began in 1998 after completing a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, followed by a series of leadership and pivotal roles within multinational corporations across Southeast Asia, the UK & North America, helping him to gain extensive experience in diverse IT domains. Ajay, armed with his graduate degrees in Data Science and an MBA in Business Analytics from the University of West Florida, has been instrumental in helping companies with the implementation of IT Strategy & Governance and large transformational programs. His knowledge, awareness & expertise in the latest advanced & cutting-edge technologies as well as his contributions to their processes, have been recognized by his peers and with several industry awards.
While Ajay’s IT architecture work has played a pivotal role in helping organizations transform their systems, applications, processes, and infrastructure, his expertise in data analytics has also played a decisive role in enabling organizations to extract meaningful insights from their data to make informed decisions. His credibility within the information technology sector has also been recognized with invitations to judge multiple awards during product development competitions.
Ajay currently works for Citizens Property Insurance Corporation as a Director and manages a team focusing on Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Governance and Audit. He has experience with various data analytics tools and techniques, including Data Visualization, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. He continues to play a critical advisory role to C-Suite leaders on the importance of data quality and has implemented data governance frameworks to ensure that organizations can trust their data as an essential decision intelligence tool. He is passionate about sharing his IT knowledge and experience with others by authoring professional technical articles and regularly speaking at industry events and conferences while being a mentor to aspiring technology professionals.
